In a culture where we are often expected to juggle our family, our friends, home and career, we can occasionally feel depleted of our own prana (vital life force). In this workshop we will begin with an extended Restorative Yoga practice complete with physical assists rooted in Thai Massage Therapy meant to gently and passively stretch the muscles and connective tissue to create space within our physical bodies.
Next, a pranayama (guided breathing) practice intended to strengthen the connection between the body and mind. The workshop will conclude with a guided meditation to create space and cultivate a greater sense of peace within the mind.
