Come celebrate LCLC's 2017 Court Advocacy Apprenticeship team and watch their trial skills in action!
LCLC's Court Advocacy Apprenticeship program is a joint job readiness and legal education program, where youth learn about all aspects of the criminal justice system and relevant civil rights issues, and are now ready to share that knowledge through LCLC's Annual Youth Mock Trial Performance.
What is a mock trial? A performance of a real-life case where LCLC youth play the roles of attorneys and you, the audience, get to decide the verdict! Come support the hard work LCLC youth have done this summer!
Refreshments will be provided.
Suggested donation: $10 per attendee
All proceeds from ticket sales and donations will go toward the LCLC Youth Scholarship Fund, awarded to minority youth who have overcome the challenges of going through the criminal justice system to become a stronger person determined to realize their full potential in a college or vocational training setting.
