We are excited to welcome Brian Taylor, owner of Chicago's Whiner Beer Company, to The Beer Cellar. Whiner is Chicago's greenest brewery, and we are thrilled to have Brian come chat about his brewery and his model for sustainable brewing. Two of his barrel-aged beers, Pounce (a BBA kolsch with apples) and Francine (a 100% barrel fermented wild ale with Brett Claussenii), will be on tap. Bottles of Pounce will be available for sale, as well. Come drink some great local beers and learn about one of the most innovative and environmentally conscious breweries in the area.
