Join Caitlin as she guides you through a soothing Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) practice followed by a blend of sound healing. This peaceful practice is accessible for all levels as we will begin with a restorative heart opener + hip opener to warm up the body and then we will settle into supported savasana for Nidra + Soundbath. The Soundbath will include a blend of Quartz Crystal Singing bowls attuned to balance the energetic body, Koshi chimes, and Zildjian Gong.
The Healing vibrations and balancing of the Chakras will leave you feeling grounded with a deeper connection to yourself. Step into a state of consciousness where you will go in and out of your sleep + wake state. A perfect opportunity to rest and reset on a Sunday evening during this transformational practice.

About Caitlin Coan
At the age of 7, Caitlin began dancing and taking part in many different formats; ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, and lyrical. After competitively dancing for 10 years, she also tried cheerleading in high school. Throughout college she dabbled in spin, boot camp, kick boxing and pilates classes. As fitness was always a healthy outlet for Caitlin, she began practicing yoga throughout college and instantly fell in love with the practice. Specifically, after taking her very first hot yoga class at Corepower Yoga in 2012, she was hooked. With a background in dance, yoga simply felt like a natural fit for both her mental and physical health. She graduated with her BA in Rhetoric and Communications from Dominican University in 2014. As she was unsure about the next step, Caitlin finally took the plunge to become a certified yoga instructor and received her 200 hour RYT certification favoring a Vinyasa style flow. She would love to pay forward the mental clarity and calmness as well as the physical workout that yoga has continued to provide for her.
