Join us on Monday, October 2nd at 7:00 PM in the Heartland Cafe's Red Line Tap (7006 N Glenwood) to hear Chicago Principals and Administrators Association President and Chicago Public Schools advocate Troy LaRaviere's plan for a better future for Chicago.
Troy was an award-winning principal at Blaine Elementary who was formally reprimanded by the Chicago Board of Education and eventually dismissed for being an outspoken critic of Mayor Emanuel and his poor public education policies.
It is also worth noting that Troy is exploring a mayoral run, something I, for one, would love to see!
Like always: do try to arrive early, and come prepared with good questions!
