The womyn of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, Nu Sigma Chapter are excited to host another season of Zeta⦁Week, brought to you by Z-Kitty Kitty Productions. Nu Sigma will be hosting several community engaging events for all of Northwestern’s students from May 13th to May 18th. Make sure you come out for a fun and productive week of programming:
Sunday, May 13th:
Pilot: Wrapping Donation Boxes
Join Nu Sigma as we begin Zeta⦁Week with service. We’ll be preparing donation boxes for our week-long drive for the Womyn and Children of the Primo Center. These boxes will be placed in various spots on campus. The ladies of Nu Sigma will provide all the decorative supplies, while pa...rticipants will only have to come ready with a willingness to help. This event will be held in the Black House from 6pm to 8pm and is open to the entire Northwestern Community.
Monday, May 14th:
Episode 2: Switching up the Narrative: Studying Abroad with a Marginalized Identity Panel
Tired of hearing the same old stories surrounding studying abroad, from students who might not share your identity? Come Monday night in Kresge 2420 from 6pm to 7:30pm and listen to the experiences of marginalized students who studied abroad. This will be a great opportunity for those who contemplate whether they can maintain their identity if they study and/or work in another country during their time at Northwestern. Open to all and light refreshments will be served.
Tuesday, May 15th:
Episode 3: Letters of Positivity
Female empowerment is the focus here as Nu Sigma will be writing letters of positivity to the girls of the Cook County Juvenile Detention Center. This is a chance for any and all members of the Northwestern community to affirm the struggles and worth of the young womyn affected by the Cook County Juvenile system and to hopefully uplift them with words of positivity and personal experiences. This event will be held in Kresge 3410 from 6 to 7:30pm.
Wednesday, May 16th:
Episode 4: Sweet Tea with the Zetas
A finer kickback where we sip the tea and spill it, and what’s up on the agenda? Friendships: the good, the bad, and the ugly, so make sure to bring a friend. It will be a safe space full of sweet tea, sweets, and fruitful discussion. Tea of multiple varieties will be served as well as other goodies. The only thing that participants will have to worry about is whether they want their tea hot or cold, in every sense. This event will be held at the Black House from 6 to 8pm.
Friday, May 18th:
Finale: Battle of the Greeks
Ending Zeta⦁Week with a bang, or more like a battle; we will be hosting our Seventh Annual Battle of the Greeks! Come out and see your favorite Greek organizations from the four councils battle it out across multiple events for cash prizes and a regal trophy. If YOU want to support your favorite organization, watch your friends compete, or are yourself a member of a Greek organization on campus, please use this link to sign up and find out more information: bit.ly/2rdkMkg
. Please send any questions you have to [email protected]

Admission is $3 per participant and $5 per audience member and all proceeds will go to our Epiphany Scholarship, which is awarded to two young womyn: one graduating senior from Chicago Public Schools and one Northwestern Freshman/Sophomore. This event will be held in Tech LR2 from 7 to 9pm. Prepare to be Entertained. We warned you.
