A four-day summer workshop for experienced and amateur and professional-track student musicians.
Study, rehearse, and perform chamber music at the University of Chicago within a supportive and inspiring environment, with coaching provided by members of Spektral Quartet, Daniel Pesca (piano), and renowned pedagogue and New England Conservatory faculty member Lucy Chapman (violin).
Enjoy guest lectures pertaining to the festival's theme (dance idioms in chamber music), social events, sight-reading parties, and a dance workshop led by eighteenth century stage performance specialist Sarah Edgar.
The application deadline is May 1.
